Refund Policy

 

You may return items in new condition sold and fulfilled by Network Services Corp. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and must be unopened or in new condition. We'll also pay for return shipping on eligible returns authorized by Network Services Corp. Customer Service. To contact Network Services Corp. Customer Service regarding a return, please call 760-274-2020.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. To the extent possible, your refund will be provided using the same payment method that you used for your purchase.

 

Cell phone returns

 

If you would like to cancel your service plan after returning your phone, please contact the carrier directly to do so. Your cellular carrier may still charge you a prorated fee for the time you had the phone and service, including any additional roaming or long-distance fees and any extra minutes you used. In addition, your carrier may impose fees based on the early termination of your service contract, and activation fees are generally nonrefundable.

 

If you would like to keep your cell phone service after returning your phone and reinstate your old service plan and options (for customers that upgraded existing lines of service), please contact the carrier directly to make this service change. Your cellular carrier may still charge you a prorated fee for the time you had the new service plan and service options.

Items that are not returnable

 

Network Services Corp. does not accept returns of the following items:

 

  • Any product more than 30 days after delivery to the customer
  • Any product that indicates use or damage by the customer
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC

 

If any of the foregoing are returned, we will reject such item and return it to you and you will not be entitled to reimbursement for your shipping costs.
