Meet the Team
Our team of professionals has years of experience in telecom auditing and service provisioning. We help customers assess their needs and identify the right services. Whether it's a voice line, broadband solution, or a new MPLS network, we make it simple. We process and track all of the service orders, coordinate the provisioning and installation details, and help facilitate ongoing services. We are an advocate of, you, our customer, and take ownership of the entire process, finding the best solution to meet your needs.
Kenneth H. Macdonald, President
Although he'd spent 22 successful years in the telecommunications industry, Ken Macdonald felt the need for change, recognizing the deterioration of customer service and lack of attention to detail from telecom service providers and vendors. He came to the realization that the telecommunications industry practices and his personal values were not in alignment. He then made a commitment to create a new kind of telecommunications company.
He envisioned nothing less than a new business model, one that would revolutionize the telecommunications service industry by meeting the following criteria:

Pamela L. Macdonald, Vice President

We pride ourselves in a very high customer retention rate due to our continued engagement in assisting our customers at any time with any issue related to the services we sold them." I also enjoy cultivating partnerships with our vendor teams who we represent and who support Network Services Corp. and our customers.
Chris West, Director of Business Development
Chris brings 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, account management, and business development. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and MBA.
My passion is and will always be client satisfaction and service to a level that cannot be found anywhere else. The telecommunications industry is a fast-evolving environment with new technologies coming to market and shifting customer needs. I pride myself on staying on top the latest trends, technologies, and services to simplify client management duties.
Andrea Wisemore, VP of Operations
Andrea spent years working in customer service and takes pride in ownership of her work. With 10+ years of industry experience in addition to past positions ranging from Law Firms to Real Estate, Andrea has been able to gather a variety of organizational skills that are essential to working within the Telecom Industry. A quick study to various AT&T Systems has been a pivotal to quick turnaround times. A hard worker and with a 'must do' attitude, Andrea will do whatever it takes to make our customers happy.

Mark Palmer, Senior Sales Consultant
Mark has 16 years in telecommunications and has extensive experience with some of the larger telecom providers including At&t and Telepacific. Mark is extremely motivated and has a very strong work ethic. He knows what it takes to succeed and is very driven to do the hard work it takes day in and day out to succeed in a very competitive field. Mark produces for Network Service Corp. month after month and is a very valued NSC team member. On a personal note, Mark is an equine aficionado spending most of his weekends on the trail! He also loves photography and hiking. He is also very health conscious following a very healthy diet and working out at the gym on a daily basis!
Mark Anderson, Sales Consultant
Mark Anderson recently joined the Network Services Team after over 25 years in the voice and data communications industry. He has worked for companies such as AT&T, Verizon, and RingCentral. Mark has experience selling voice and data networks along with cloud communications services like UCaaS and CCaaS. He works with various companies to address their communications needs.
Outside of work, Mark spends time with his family at home in Plainfield, IL, where he has lived with his wife Paula and three sons Joey, Daniel, and Caleb for over 25 years. He spends time with his family at their vacation home in Door County, Wisconsin. Mark also spends time on the beaches in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he grew up.
Pete Deering, Sales Consultant
Pete has recently joined the Network Services team coming with 6+ years of account management/sales experience. He grew up in the Chicagoland area and has since relocated to Wisconsin. Pete enjoys helping customers and making sure all of their needs are met. He loves spending time with family and friends. Pete is a huge golf aficionado with a low handicap and can hit the ball a mile.
Johnny Golden, Sales Consultant
Johnny is one of our newest team members here at Network Services. He brings over 30 years of experience in sales and operations management, primarily in the construction industry running a custom millwork company. His primary focus is delivering premier service and cultivating personal relationships, generating high customer satisfaction and repeat business. His aim is to deliver the maximum level of services while reducing customer costs. Johnny loves to spend time in Puerto Vallarta and Wisconsin fishing and swimming with his grandchildren and playing pickleball and golf with his wife, family and friends.
Todd Knisley, Sales Consultant
Todd first collaborated with the founders of Network Services in 1994 and has recently joined their team. He brings over 31 years of IT experience in telecommunications, data networking, and professional services. Originally from Chicago, Todd has been living in Southern California for the past 10 years. In his free time, Todd enjoys golfing, and his latest passion is traveling. He also loves cheering for the Cubs and Bears!
